The Yogi Bear's™ Den cabins have an outside grill, patio set, electricity, heat and air conditioning, full bath with shower, flat screen TV, kitchen with a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, and a coffee pot. These cabins have four(4) rooms, the common room that includes the kitchen, a bedroom that includes two sets of bunk beds, the bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Both bunk beds have full matress on the bottom and twin on top. Price includes parking for two vehicles, additional vehicles will be $10 per day. Linens are included. These cabins vary slightly but all have the same inside layout. ***Yogi Bear's™ Den requires a minimum two nights stay during peak season ***

Deposit & Cancellations
All reservations must be paid in full at time of booking. Be confident in making your reservations as we continue to offer one of the most flexible cancellation policies possible to make sure our guests have options.
Linens are included. Everything will be clean and in your RV ready to use!
Our Boo Boo’s Bear Essential Cabins & Camp Sites ARE pet friendly. A non-refundable $40 fee will apply when traveling with your furry friend. Some Cabins, all Glamping Tents and all Rental RVs are NOT pet friendly. Some breed restrictions apply.
We encourage traveling in one vehicle when circumstances allow. If you have more than one vehicle there is a $10 per day per vehicle.
PFJS Cancellation Policy
Changes to reservations that include individual campsites or cabins must be made 10 days prior to the date of your arrival in order to receive a refund. Reservations that include multiple campsites or cabins must be changed at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival to receive a refund. Once a group reservation is less than 30 days from arrival or an individual reservation is less than 10 days from arrival, that reservation is no longer eligible for a refund.
One-time date changes for group reservations are available if notified thirty (30) days prior to your original reservation date.
Cancellations of any individual reservations will be charged a $15 cancellation fee to partially cover the time spent by our team to modify your reservation, as well as to cover the associated credit card fees that we do not receive a refund for.
Group reservations will incur a $15 cancellation fee per accomodation/site that is part of their reservation.
No refunds will be given after check-in.
Should any governmental restrictions be placed upon either our park or the surrounding cities and/or counties, no discounts or refunds will be given and any existing reservations (group or individual) will be eligible to receive a credit for a future stay or a date change upon request. This applies to both governmental restrictions as well as any force majeure event such as a natural disaster or any other event that is beyond the control of Pigeon Forge Jellystone Park.
Due to the popularity or holidays and special event weekends, refunds will not be issued once the reservation has been confirmed. All reservations (group or individual) made for these dates are automatically considered non-refundable. If you are uncertain whether the dates of your stay qualify as a holiday or special event, please contact us prior to confirming your reservation to double check.
